Federal Service Dates- How do I correct?

If you need to change your federal service dates on your Oregon return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your state return.
2. Continue through the screens until you get to the page, IRA and Pension Distributions.
3. Check the box that states, We received federal pension income for federal service before October 1, 1991. 
4. Enter the information on the following screens.
5. On the screen, Federal Pension Summary, enter your federal service dates by selecting the edit button. 
6. Continue through your return.
