Filing differently between states and federal

How can I use turbotax to file married filing separate for Virginia, and married filing jointly for Federal and my other state of residence Inidana?

    To file separate Virginia returns, you must prepare a "mock" federal separate return reporting only your income and deductions as the base for the state return.  (The "mock" federal return is not filed).
