Filing for 2024 and under Oregon state credits and taxes, The Oregon surplus kicker is not an option as it should be. This is where it has been in previous years

I qualify for the credit. There is no option listed on turbo tax when filing state for 2024. HELP

    OR has the "kicker" every two years.  There is no kicker for 2024.
