We are a multi-member LLC filing Form 1065 for federal tax purposes. We recently learned the hard way that we need to file Form 568 (California LLC Return) instead of Form 565 (California Partnership Return). Can I prepare Form 568 for the previous years and e-file Form 568 for the current year in TurboTax while continuing to file Form 1065 for federal purposes? I use TurboTax Online for personal taxes and different software for filing Form 1065.
