Filing last 3 Oregon tax returns late

So long story but basically haven't files state since 2019. I don't owe them. They actually owed me. Will I automatically be audited?

No one here can predict whether the state will audit you. But....you are likely too late to receive a refund for 2019. TurboTax has software going back to tax year 2020; 2019 is no longer available nor is it supported.

Did you use TT to prepare your federal returns for those years? Why did you not prepare state returns? You can still do so, but you can only use the CD/download software on a full PC or Mac, and mail the returns.

Or.....go to the state's website and get the forms to prepare by hand.
