i’ve filed my federal tax from h and r block but did not file state tax, it got accepted.

and i filed fedreal and state tax with turbo.

i assume that my federal tax from turbo will be rejected

does that mean my state tax from turbo will be rejected?

Yes, the e-filed state return will be rejected because the e-filed federal return will be rejected.

The state tax return cannot be e-filed unless the federal return is e-filed.  If the federal return is not e-filed then you can only print and mail the state tax return.
