How do I finish filing my state taxes

    In order to complete your state income tax return, you will need to proceed through all of the federal interview questions first.  

     

    Once you complete the federal questions, you will be taken to a state tax return page which says Let's get your state taxes done right.

     

    Prepare state return

     

    Simply select Continue and the program will ask you questions about your state return.  Once you complete all of the interview questions in the state return, TurboTax will prepare your state income tax return. 

     

    You will then be able to review both returns and complete the filing process.

    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
