I withdrew my 401K in March at age 64 while living in Michigan to purchase a house in Indiana where I then moved in June to retire.  Is this amount then reported as Michigan income as a Part-Year resident?

Yes. It is considered Michigan Income.

File Part-Year resident returns for Indiana and Michigan and report all the 401K distributions on your Michigan return.

How do I allocate (split) income for a part-year state return?
