Review is asking me to check my present employer checkbox on Form 40NR. It's asking this for all sources of income. All my income was made in-state. I've never filed out that form before (for 30 years). Finally it says that Federal/Alabama income must be entered on the Information Worksheet. I have no idea what that is. Help.
