keeps going around in loops, it says to uncheck single member, then it says it must be checked, remove name then add name??

    Try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser.  Also, reboot your computer.
