Form 760C Virginia - Not pulling the correct quarterly payments on the form

The same problem with 760C are experiencing Virginia  taxpayers who has Estimated Payments in 2021, and using CD/Download and online version of TurboTax.  This problem was initially reported to TurboTax about 20 days ago, and now is subject of discussion on several other posts in this community.  TurboTax informed that they are aware about the issue, but no estimated timeframe given on possible resolution or way around this bug.  I hope this issue will be given high priority.
