I had non-cash donations of items to 2 charitable orgs, the first less than $5k and the second more than $5k, which generated two  TT Charitable Work Worksheets. The IRS Form 8283 Section A shows info of the first donor (N&A of donor and amt as "item A"), but in Section B, TT shows only the amount of the second donor, as line "item A". Why doesn't the form show the N&A of the second donor (the one that needs the "Donee Acknowledgment in Part V of Form 8283?

Form 8283 is undergoing some issues. The IRS offers Form 8283 which then explains it isn't ready and to use the prior year form for now. You can file with the 8283, your acknowledgment form will list the rest of the information needed. Be sure to keep all original documents.
