Georgia 2024 Quarterly Estimated Tax with new Flat Tax Rate

For Ga 2024 quarterly estimates why didn't TurboTax use the new 2024 flat rate tax of 5.49% vs. the 2023 Ga. Tax table in calculating the quarterly payments? It does make a bit of a difference.

I noticed TurboTax did offer the option to use the new 2024 standard deduction of $24000.00 for married filing joint to create the 2024 estimates, but not the new 2024 GA. flat tax rate.  Shouldn't it be there as an option as well?
BTW-first time user of TurboTax.  Appreciate previous comments under another post, but this wasn't really addressed.  Would be great, too, if someone from TurboTax would weigh in/answer? Not sure how to make that request, if it is even an option.
Thanks!

Some Georgia TurboTax customers are experiencing an issue because TurboTax isn't using the flat tax rate of 5.49% for 2024 estimated taxes.
