Georgia LLC end of year tax return required?

We have a 2-member LLC in Georgia. We filed the yearly $50 registration and file our Sales & Use tax returns every month.

Considering the above, do we still need to file a state tax return using TurboTax business? I don't see that requirement anywhere... please help!

Yes, you must file a Federal Form 1065 and Georgia Form 700, unless you have elected to be taxed as an S-Corp, in which case you will file Form 1120-S and Georgia 600-S. Your Form 1065 will generate a K-1 for each member, which will need to be included on your personal tax return.
