Hello, I am a Florida State Resident and I drove for Uber this year requiring me to file a self-employed federal tax return. Do I need to file a Florida DR-405?

If you have tangible personal property that is used in connection with your business, you may need to file a DR-405 with your county property appraiser's office. Some of the various county property appraisers in Florida have slightly different definitions of what constitutes "tangible personal property" and also different filing methodologies.
