You might try these steps. Down the left side of the screen, click My Info. Under Personal info summary, scroll down to Mailing address. Click Edit to the right. Under Enter your current mailing address, did you click something other than US address?

Hello,its saying i cant e-file because my wages are withholding on a w-2 from the virgin island..Yet i am in VT..i never had this problem before, i checked my location!
