Help with adjustments as a Part year Resident should I enter expenses: stud. loan interest, charitable deductions (if taking standard deduction), moving expenses etc etc.

You should only enter adjustments for items that appear on the allocation screen. Some states will allow you to claim itemized deductions even if you took the standard deduction on your federal income tax return. Other states make you use the same deduction as federal: itemized or standard.

 

The $300 is the charitable cash deduction. Enter the part of the $300 donation you made while you were a resident of the state you are working on.
