Hi I will like to understand why I owe Georgia state taxes when unblock 15 my state taxes are from Washington state. Please get back to me as soon a as possible.

Did you live in or work in Georgia in 2023?  Do you own rental property located in Georgia?

As I understand your question: You have income, probably from a W-2. that indicates Washington in box 15.  However, you owe taxes to Georgia.

• First double check what you entered in Box 15 on your input screen.
• Next, check in My Info to confirm the state that you live in.
• Finally, delete the W-2 and re-enter it manually.

If none of this works, It looks like you have TurboTax Live.
