Homestead Benefit and 2019 NJ state residency

Turbo Tax has not filled in that we were residents of NJ for the whole of 2019. Line 38d is also blank. What can I do to make sure those blanks are filled?

TurboTax takes the initial residency from the answers you provide in the My Info/Personal Info section. Inside the NJ state program have you gone through the Homestead Benefit questions? It comes up real quickly in the NJ interview. In there you will indicate whether you were a Homeowner, Renter or both. It will then ask about the property taxes you pay as a Homeowner or the rent you paid as a Renter. If you have been through NJ once and missed these questions, go back in and select Go Over NJ Again.
