The clean heating fuel credit is available to taxpayers for the purchase of bio heating fuel during 2024 that is used for space heating or hot water production for residential purposes within New York State.
- Open your return state and continue to the screen You Just Finished Your New York Return
- Scroll down to Credits and Other Taxes
- Go to Credits and other taxes
- Scroll down to Other Tax Credits
- Select Clean Heating Fuel Credit
