How can I fill CA 593 through paper filing?

Context:

1. We sold a rental property in 2022.

2. We didn't receive CA 593 from anyone.

2. TurboTax doesn't support e-file after 10/31/2023.

Reading TT's paper filing instruction, I need to attach CA 593 for real estate withholding. Should I download the form and fill it myself? I did so, but then found there were lines for Buyer's signature.

I also tried to use TT to generate one. But it just asked me if I received 592-B or 593. If I select "No", it will just exit the process. If I select "Yes", a 593 pops up with a mark "for electronic filing only".

Any hints? Should I just manually fill the downloaded 593 and leave buyer's signature blank? Thanks!
