Please try deleting NY Form IT-225. To delete, please follow the instructions below: Open or continue your return. On Tax Home, select Start, Continue, or Pick up where you left off to enter your return. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form. Select Delete next to the form in the list and follow the instructions.

How can I fix my state returns saying I’m missing a value for my IT-225 A-101 when I am not a New York City resident and it does not apply to me.
