How can I get which of my tax returns were taken by the state of Mississippi Dept of Revenue ?

They have taken my state and federal tax refunds but I owe them nothing

Do you mean your refunds were seized because of a debt your state says that you owe? TurboTax never gets information or knows about offsets to your refund by the IRS or your state. For any information about that, you will have to sort it out with the IRS and state yourself.
