How can I remove the Sales Tax Under "Tax Breaks"?

To delete your sales taxes paid in TurboTax Online:

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select  Tax Home in the left pane
3. On the  Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown on the right side of the Deductions & Credits box, then select Start, Continue, or Pick up where you left off
4. On the  Your tax breaks page, you should see Sales Tax listed.  Select Edit to the right
5. On the  How do you want to enter your sales tax info? screen, select Enter All My Receipts
6. On the  Enter Sales Tax You Paid screen, enter zero, then select Continue
7. On the  We’ve Chosen a Deduction for You screen, if the state and local income tax deduction hasn’t been selected, select the box next to Change your deduction
8. Select  Continue
