How can I subtract moving reimbursement from federal income for New York state tax in Turbo tax Desktop?

I live in NJ and work in NYC. I am filing for New York State tax. I cannot find a way to subtract my moving expenses (listed as TMV in Box 14 of my W-2) from my federal income. It seems I am allowed to do that (S-135: Qualified moving expense reimbursements and moving expenses in https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/2023/printable-pdfs/inc/it225i-2023.pdf). Is that the case? If so, how can I do that on Turbo Tax Desktop? Thanks!

To deduct your qualified moving expense reimbursements and moving expenses on your New York return, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Open your state return.
    2. Continue through the screens.
    3. On the screen, Changes to Federal Income, click Start next to Other changes (adjustments) to your federal income.
    4. Click Continue on the Enter Any Other Additions screen.
    5. On the Enter Any Other Subtractions screen, enter your expenses in the box next to Qualified moving expense reimbursements and moving expenses.

Thanks, but I don't see these items in my Turbo Tax. Please see the attached two screenshots. The second screenshot is what I see after clicking "Other changes (adjustments) to your federal income."

You will not enter anything in additions to Income.  Click Continue and your next screen should state "Enter any other Subtractions."  You can find the qualified moving expenses here.  See screenshot below:
