How come my state refund went from a $966 to $210?

Do you mean that you filed a state return and were expecting a refund of $966 but the state sent you $210?  Only the state can tell you why.    TurboTax never knows if the state has reduced your refund for back taxes, child support owed, state debts such as traffic fines, etc.  The state will send you a letter in several weeks if they reduced your refund.
