How do I add a schedule for Non-Arizona Municipal interest to my AZ tax return?

Turbo Tax apparently populated the space from one of the 1099s it pulled. I know which one it had to be. It says on the review page that I have to add a schedule of payor and amount. I don't see how this can be done.

I wish I had an answer for this, but I am only adding to the question. I ran into the same problem today and cannot figure how to create the requested "schedule". I hope TTX can respond to this. I am otherwise done with my taxes!

I think your problem goes back to the federal 1099-DIV entry. You should have two entries. One for AZ and one for all the other states. This will pull through to AZ and let it create the missing form.
