How do I add more than one entry for local taxes paid outside of my state? Is this the correct place to enter city taxes paid, even though I don't pay state income tax?

Are you trying to enter city income tax or sales tax?

If the city tax was withheld from your paychecks, it would be on your W-2.

If not:

Click Federal

Click Deductions & Credits

Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid"
