HOW do I apply 2023 STATE refund to 2024 state taxes?

Cannot find anywhere how to apply STATE refund to next year's STATE taxes. SOS!

Each state return is slightly different, but there should be a question in the Other Tax Situations section of your state return that will allow you to apply your 2023 refund to your 2024 taxes.  

 

If you cannot locate that question, please share your state and what version of TurboTax you are using (Online or CD/downloaded) and someone can try to give you more specific instructions.
