How do I as an Airline pilot living in Georgia, based out of Miami, answer the question, “Did I make money in any other state"?

Yes, you made money in another state.  As an airline pilot, your "tax home" would be Miami because that is where you are based.  Since Florida does not have a personal income tax, you do not have to file for Florida, however, you will have to report and pay your state income tax to Georgia, your resident state.
