How do I check discrepancies with different tax entities and my state taxes?

I usually check my taxes with more than one tax entities. There is not usually much discrepancies, however this year here are significant differences in what they say my state taxes owed / refunds are. I don’t want there to be any issues so I need help figuring out which is more correct.
