How do I delete a duplicate line on my state form

I am in Massachusetts and it’s my pension w-2, but on the state form illy pension income is added twice. How do I remove the second line

    I am unsure what 'illy pension income' is.

     

    Are you saying that there are two lines box 15 through 17 reported on your W-2 received from your employer? 

     

    If so, there are legitimate reasons why you may find such reporting on your W-2.

     

    However, if box 15 through 17 of your IRS form W-2 within the tax software has been duplicated, the line may be deleted by clicking the delete trashcan to the right.
