Have you already filed your Federal return? If so, you would need to wait until your Federal return is accepted by the IRS and then you can go back in to file your state. You can check your e-file status here. You will find additional information below in the TurboTax FAQ.

If you are still preparing or completing your Federal, please see this TurboTax FAQ below for additional instructions. After you finish your federal return, you'll automatically move to State Taxes, where you'll see your full-year resident state tax return listed.
