I am getting the same error...it says Form IT 140 Adjusted Gross income includes an adjustment for Covid relief. We are still working on updates related to this for WV and will remove this message once fixed. Msg has been there for a week.

What version of TurboTax are you using? You want to make sure your system is up-to-date so you will see the forms when they are available.

Make sure your return is saved in your TurboTax account and then sign out. Clear the cache and delete the cookies on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account and try entering your information again. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox.

In addition to clearing your cache and cookies, you want to make sure your operating systems are up-to-date as well.

Where can I enter information onto a supplemental form for AZ form 140, line 15, Non-Arizona municipal interest?

To enter your non-Arizona municipal interest in TurboTax Online:

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account. This takes you to your Tax Home
Open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off in the progress tracker in the center of the screen
Select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes in the left pane
Select Your State Returns
Select Edit to the right or Arizona
Scroll through the pages until you get to the Arizona Municipal Interest screen
Enter any Federal Exempt Non-Arizona Municipal Interest Income in the appropriate box, then select Continue
