How do i get rid of the form 3554 it does NOT apply to me ?

i did not receive a form 3554 it does not apple to me ?

Taxpayers Use form FTB 3554, New Employment Credit, to figure a credit for a qualified taxpayer that hires a qualified full-time employee and pays or incurs qualified wages attributable to work performed by that employee in a DGA and receives a TCR for that employee.

Instructions for Form FTB 3554

If that doesn't apply to you, follow the steps below to delete the form:

Select Tax Tools in the left panel.
Select tools.
Select delete forms.
Select delete on the line for Form 3554..
Select Delete Selected Form.

Thank you very very very much. You solved my problem with form 3554.

This allowed me to file my State tax file online very quickly.

I had worked for hours trying to get it solved. You saved my day

If you do not need form 3554 and are unable to delete form 3554 go through the steps to complete it. Then you'll be able to go to Tax tools>Forms and then search for 3554 and then select to delete it.
