How do I get TurboTax to recognize CA safe harbor from underpayment of estimated tax penalty?

Hi friends! TurboTax is calculating an underpayment of estimated tax penalty on my CA state tax return. However, I meet the requirements of safe harbor (110% of last year's taxes, AGI<$1M). How do I get TurboTax to recognize this? I don't see a place to input my prior year's tax liability. (TurboTax automatically asks to to complete Form 8505, though it says explicitly in the header to not file this form if one meets the safe harbor condition.)

I believe Schedule P (AMT) also needs to be included in the CA state tax return for safe harbor to be recognized. TurboTax is not generating this form in my final return, despite attempts to active the AMT section. How do I get this form to be included?

I'm using TurboTax Home & Business, desktop version, on a Mac. I hope I'm missing something obvious and you can correct me! Thank you all for your wonderful help!
