How do i include election 266 in my return?

There is really no way to include the election and e-file your return with an online version of TurboTax.
If you were using a desktop version of TurboTax, you could generate a blank form and make the 1.266-1 election in that manner.
However, you would have to print and mail your return, regardless; you would not be able to e-file.
