How do I remove RITA city tax forms from my state return?

It won't let me e-file my state return even though it says it doesn't file RITA forms. It turns out I don't need them, and I want to remove them completely, but there's no back button or way to do so that I can find.

TurboTax Deluxe Online

I was able to backtrack to where I signed up to add the RITA forms and uncheck the box by going through my state taxes from the beginning. There is no back button on this section of the TurboTax offering, so it made it a bit challenging to revise the section if you needed to with out going back to the beginning.
