How do we get Colorado tabor credit option when filing with turbo tax?

The questions related to the TABOR refund are generated after the credits and taxes section in the Colorado return. You can follow these steps:

- on the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, click on State Taxes then Start, Continue, Review/Edit, or Pick up where you left off

- go through all of the income tax screens. When you get to Take a look at Colorado credits and taxes page, click Done with credits and taxes.

- continue until you get to the Qualifying for the Colorado state sales tax refund screen. This screen asks if you've been incarcerated in Colorado for 180 days or more in 2024. If you say yes on this screen you will not qualify for the refund.

- the next screen asks if the return will be filed by the deadline. If you say no on this screen you will not qualify for the refund.
