How to enter deductions and credits ?

I want to enter deductions and credits but it keeps circling back to "If you said Yes to any of these we'll ask you to put in your 2023 numbers" I've entered Yes to all 4 times now but it keeps asking

You enter your deductions and credits in the federal section. The only deductions and credits you enter in the state section are credits and deductions that are specific to a certain state. What state are you filing and what deductions and credits are you wanting to enter? Let us know and we can give you instructions. You can click on Federal Taxes from the left side menu to get to the general deductions and credits page.
