Turbo tax does not show where to enter Virginia 529 contributions on the state income tax program.

    To enter your contributions:

    1. Open your VA state return.
    2. On the scree Here's the income that Virginia handles differently Scroll down to Education 
    3. Select Commonwealth savers(Section 529) Plan 

    Virginia taxpayers who are Invest529 account owners can deduct their contributions up to $4,000 per account, per year, with unlimited carry forward to future tax years.
