How to file state tax return

I purchased the VA state tax and it will not open. I paid the purchase price, but when I click on the "start" button Turbo Tax goes back through the process of downloading the VA tax return again and again and again. How do I get it to open so that I can input my information?

Please try performing a manual update if you are using a desktop version of TurboTax. Follow this link to do that: Manual Update of TurboTax.
