I completed my taxes (2019) and decided to print the federal and state tax because I needed to send the federal my mail nor efile it and get a response to later Efile the state tax. I printed both but when the time to efile the state tax (NYC) came now I can't send it. I don't see the option in the site to send the state tax.
How can I send it? Do i have to do the whole process again.
