I am a PA resident. I purchase items wholesale including sales tax and shipping. The retail includes sale tax on the difference. Is there a PA form to file and pay this?

I must use a Use Tax form to cover tax I owe for purchases from sellers that do not collect Sales tax. That does not apply here. What form should I look for?
