Question

I am a resident of Indiana. I do an internship remotely from Texas, but the employer is based in Massachusetts. Do I owe any state income tax in Indiana?

Yes, if your income was over $1,000. See page 6 of  IT-40 Booklet for more details. Caution, you will want to fill out your nonresident Mass return first and then your IN return so that a credit can be calculated for the taxes paid to Mass.
