How do I remove the sale of property I sold in Arizona from my Illinois return?

Your resident state will tax you on your worldwide income, therefore all of your income, no matter where earned, should be reported on your Illinois return.  But you should get credit for taxes paid to another state, therefore TurboTax recommends that you complete your non-resident state return first.
