I am completing the IN state form, I get a window saying: Check this entry Sch IN-W: Col D-State Income must be entered. what if there is no number on the W2 for column C

Indiana Schedule IN-W column D is state income which may be box 16 on the W-2.

Column C asks for the Employer or Payer ID Number which is found in box b of the W-2.
