If you are referring to Box 15 on your W-2, note that Tennessee does not have an income tax, so it would not make sense to withhold income tax on income that is not taxed. This is true of other states with no income tax like Texas.

 

Are boxes 16 and 17 on the W-2 blank? If so, you should blank out box 15 as well. This is an exception to our general rule to enter everything on your forms into TurboTax.
