Solved

I am from Texas, but I lived and worked in Wisconsin as an intern for just two to three months. Am I a non-resident or a part-time resident?

You're a resident of TX and a non-resident of WI.  But any earnings you have from working in WI are taxable by WI, regardless of your resident status.

A part-year resident is someone who makes a permanent move from one state to another.
