I am helping sister-in-law fill out 2018 taxes via TurboTax and the Montana State Tax portion is asking her to put in "Net Tax" from 2017 MT return - what line # is that?

Montana State Taxes portion of TurboTax Deluxe 2018 - section called Underpayment Penalty is asking for "Net Tax from 2017 Return" but there is no field by that name on Form 2 for Montana 2017 Form.  Called MT Revenue Dept. but said the question is better directed toward TurboTax Help so reaching out.  What field by name or line # is supposed to be entered here (ref attached screenshot)

The net tax is another way of saying tax liability.  This was the amount of tax she was required to pay.  If you subtract the amount of refund she received last year from the amount of taxes withheld from her check, that is the net tax amount.  Or if she paid taxes due last year, then you add what she had to pay to what she had withheld.

Does "amount of taxes withheld from her check" refer to 2018 income or 2017 income?
